Tips on how to become healthy

It is important to us to become healthy so we live longer and it conditions our body and mind.If we are healthy we are free from diseases or ailments.We will able to get along well with our friends and family.To become healthy we should eat well balance diet like eating vegetables and fruits.We should eat three types of food in order to be healthy and strong.They are go foods are the fat and carbohydrates rich foods like bread,rice and potatoes.Grow foods or protien rich foods are meat poultry,fish,cheese,beans and nuts.Glow foods are rich in vitamins and minerals.Vitamins and minerals are found in vegetables and fruits.This three food types of food give as energy which we can use for work and play.They are good for the growth and development of our body,they help our body grow an repair injuries,they make our body function well and become strong and healthy.Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday and sleep 8 hours a day.We have also do some exercises everyday.We must have to do this things to become healthy and strong.Remember that "Health is wealth."
